Craig Ingalls, against his batter judgment, is helping me with this idea. He has a 3 foot cable reel which I plan to use as a base, and then mount a lazy Susan rotating plate on top of the reel, and then a circular and thinner 2-1/2-foot disk to the plate. Next I’m going to mount a number of thin wood dowels to the top plate all standing upright, and on the top of each stick attach a balloon. They we’ll rotate the upper disk and build (I hope) a horizontal style Texas Star target shooting system. I’m not sure if it will work or be a complete flop, but I’m willing to give it a try.
