Objective- This drill is designed to help the shooter gain a better understanding of their ability to make precise hits at speed. Shooter must strike a balance between accuracy & speed.

Distance- 5 yards

Rounds required- 36

Target- 4 ½ circle plus a pair of 1 ½ inch circles

Sooner- An advantage by getting ahead of others (Minimum presentation & set time)

Faster- Accomplished in a relatively quick time frame (Minimize split times)

More- A greater or additional amount (More rounds on the threat= Faster incapacitation)

Phase One- Small circles, 1 hit from the ready position:

  1. 5 seconds
  2. 4 seconds
  3. 3 seconds
  4. 2 seconds
  5. 1 second

Phase Two- Small circles, 1 hit on each circle from the ready position:

  1. 6 seconds
  2. 5 seconds
  3. 4 seconds
  4. 3 seconds
  5. 2 seconds

Phase Three- Large circle, Count Drill:

  1. 5 shots, 2 second split
  2. 5 shots, 1 second split
  3. 5 shots, ½ second split

Phase Four- Modified Bill Drill (from ready) -Large circle

  1. 6 shots, as fast as you can hit!
