Phase One@ 5 yards- Two Hands, Draw & Fire- 2 shots, 3XÂ
Phase Two @ 5 yards- Strong Hand Only, Draw & Fire- 2 shots, 3XÂ
Phase Three @ 5 yards- Weak Hand Only, From Ready position- 2 shots, 3 XÂ
Phase Four @ 5 yards- Bill Drill, Draw & Fire- 6 shots, 1XÂ
Phase Five @ 5 yards- Failure Drill, Draw & Fire- 2 body, 1 head- 2XÂ
Phase Six @ 7yards- Speed Reload, Draw & Fire- 3 shots, RELOAD & fire 3 more shots-1XÂ
Phase Seven @ 7yards- Emergency Reload- With 1 round in the chamber, insert an empty magazine and come to the ready position. On the command, fire 1 shot RELOAD and fire 5 shots- 1XÂ
Phase Eight @ 15 yards- Long Distance, Draw & Fire- 2 shots, standing to kneeling- 4XÂ
Notes: Fire as fast as you can make quality hits. It’s okay to miss in training! If we don’t push the envelope, you will not discover your own limitations. Set your mental clock.Â
