Snub Noir’s October 2026 – Boyle’s E-Drill Directions
Dear Snub Noir Member:
Welcome to your October 2026 Boyle’s E-Match Drill
Your October 2026 – Boyle’s E-Match Tools:
In addition to your safe shooting gear, holster, and snub, you will need:
Ten (10) .38 rounds
One (1) speed loader (any style)
An 11×17 or two 8.5×11 4-ring scoring target (Hyperlink located below)
PACT timer
Your E-Match October 2026 – Boyle’s E-Drill Directions:
- Set your 11×17 target ( Target - one 11 x 17" page ) or two 8.5×11 target ( Target - two 8.5 x 11" pages ) up at 15-yards
- Begin at the 7-yard line, directly in front of the target.
- Load five (5) rounds and holster.
- On the signal, draw and fire two (2) rounds, pivot and quickly move back to the 15-yard line (muzzle under control, finger off the trigger).
- At the 15-yard line, fire three (3) rounds and RELOAD.
- Advance to the 7-yard line and fire three (3) rounds. Re-holster, pivot and quickly move to the 15-yard line and fire two (2) rounds.
- Holster a safe weapon
- Record your score and total time from beep to tenth (10th) round
- Open Snub Noir web page or Snub Noir E-Match app and upload your Score (0-to-50) Time, and Range Photo
- Review your current position among other Snub Noir members.
Winning a Monthly E-Match Prize
Shooters are welcome to re-shoot the monthly drill if they wish.
All Snub Noir members posting their monthly score and a photo featuring themselves with their necktie will be enrolled in a random free drawing for a once-a-month match prize.
Repeated E-Match efforts will be noted, and members with improved scores and/or times will be enrolled in a second random free drawing for a once-a-month match prize.
