I am primarily a S&W snub fan (2×640, 60, 63, 10) plus 3” 586 and 19). I recently found this Cobra in my local pawn/gun shop and for only $550 and couldn’t resist. It locks up tight, needs just a bit of cleaning and I have yet to shoot it. The serial number indicates 1979 from the Colt website. I haven’t decided what to do with it yet but would like to know if it is worth more than I paid. My internet searching has found nothing for on a 3” heavy barrel so unless it is a frankengun it may be quite rare. Any and all comments are welcome.
